This program marks their first step into organized strength and conditioning. Key aspects include proper warm-up routines, flexibility work, jumping and landing mechanics, and an introduction to athletic strength training. Learning proper lifting techniques at an early age creates a solid base for continued athletic progress.
Research shows that initiating strength and conditioning activities during pre-adolescence and maintaining them into adolescence maximizes training age and potential. In simple terms, this approach creates a more well-rounded athlete, enhancing performance in all sports.

For high school & collegiate athletes looking to take their performance to the next level, our Strength and Conditioning program is designed to address all aspects of athletic development. Through individualised programs our sessions focus on:

Injury prevention

Athletes are encouraged to participate in at least 2 sessions per week to maximize their results. By addressing each athlete's unique needs, we ensure they develop strength, speed, and overall athleticism to excel in their sport & beyond.
